I've been practicing yoga for a while, and Dou Yoga is by far my favorite studio. The instructors are passionate and skillful, and they create a positive and inclusive environment. The studio is impeccably clean, and the class sizes are just right. I always leave feeling refreshed and inspired. Dou Yoga is truly a gem in the yoga community!
