As a CUSTOMER, I have been receiving medical services from Arrowhead Regional Medical Center for the past few years. I must say that the overall experience has been average. The medical staff is professional and attentive, but the wait times can be quite long. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. However, the billing process can be confusing at times, and it would be helpful if they could improve their customer service in that area. Overall, a decent healthcare provider.
