I am a customer of Buffalo valley lutheran vlg and I have to say that the services provided by them are average. Although the staff is friendly, the facilities are not up to par. The food options are limited and the rooms are small. I expected more from a senior living facility. However, the activities organized for the residents are enjoyable. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
