Myself and my wife have recently purchased a property through Picker Elliott and I can honestly say that if it wasn t for Steve and his team the purchase would have fell through. A relatively simple purchase turned quite messy when the solicitors got involved (lots of miscommunication from the solicitors) but Steve and his team went over and above to pull everything together and make sure the purchase was completed. They were always very professional and communicated everything to me in a clear concise manner. I couldn t be happier in my new home and it s all thanks to the hard work of Picker Elliot so thank you. I wouldn t hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.
