At Embargo on NYD (yest) the young security guard was handing out toilet passes and because 1 girl lost hers she wasn't let back in. Another girl who wasn't even given a toilet pass was not allowed to get back in then she her friend was pushed and asked to **** off by the secutiry guard named Joe when she started filming what they were doing. A second security guard came over and started saying she was abusive and blocking the door when she justified her friend wasn't even given a security pass. As security you have no reason to push women over because of not having a "scrabble" toilet pass. There was even another younger gentleman who was pointed fingers at and towered over then demanded him to leave. He wasn't even drunk. Embargo needs to review who looks after their clients instead of harassing them. There is some footage of this as well. If people buy drinks and eat food, they should be allowed to use the toilets without being hassled. Your staff do not smile or make people feel comfortable. In every industry there will be good and bad clients but yeaterday it seemed like the security guards aggravated the situation instead of calming it down. Very disappointing Embargo. Loss of reputation by word of mouth.
