I had an average experience with Education Design Studio (EDSi). The quality of their services was satisfactory, but there were a few issues that I encountered. The website was a bit difficult to navigate, and it took me some time to find the information I needed. The customer support was responsive, but their response time could be improved. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
