I had an incredible experience at the Ibaraki Barber Life Hygiene Association! The staff were friendly and highly skilled. The salon had a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel comfortable. The haircut I received was perfect and exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be returning in the future!
