Shepherd healthcare is an average company. The overall experience was okay. The services provided were satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. I would consider trying other healthcare options before returning to Shepherd healthcare. The staff members were polite and professional, but the facility could use some improvements. The waiting area was crowded and uncomfortable. The doctors were knowledgeable but lacked warmth and empathy. All in all, an average experience.
