I have visited the Jefferson County Historical Society, INC several times, and I must say that I am truly impressed with their commitment to preserving the county's history. The exhibits are well-organized and informative, and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The society is doing a great job in educating the public about the county's rich history.
