These guys use the fact that they are the only Anderson dealer on the east side of the river to just take advantage of people. When we purchased our house, the previous owner recommended having them come out and do regular inspection/maintenance on our windows. We paid over $100 for a guy to show up, spend 20 minutes in our house (didn't even look at all the windows), adjust nothing and give us a list of repairs/parts that weren't even for the correct windows. They were supposed to be the experts and he seriously didn't even care to hear our concerns and see if he could help - just take our money. Now, we're having serious issues with some of our windows and they want $75 to come to our house just to give an estimate. What company charges for estimates? A shady one, that's who. They charge for repair estimates, but not new windows? Shady, shady, shady. We won't be buying Anderson in the future due to this company and how rude they treat their customers/potential customers.
