I've been using Mint service desk for my business and it has been an average experience so far. The platform itself is decent, but there are a few bugs that need to be addressed. The customer support team is responsive, but sometimes their solutions seem generic and don't fully resolve the issue at hand. Overall, it's a decent service, but there is room for improvement.
