Horrible experience both times I was here. First time, my son had a 103 fever and vomiting, they gave him Tylenol and after waiting 4 hours in the waiting room, they finally took him back to be seen. at that time, the dr said he was fine. Didn t check his ears, just his breathing and mouth. Then told me they d take my judgement on him POTENTIALLY having thrush, and prescribed him medicine for thrush and nausea. Went to our peditrician and found out he had an ear infection, none of which the dr checked for.
We came back here for my husband 2 months later, when they took him back to his room, my son and I were a few minutes after him. The pathetic old lady of a receptionist told me she d check to see if my son (who is 3) would be able to go back in my husbands room while he waited to be seen. She checked, said no one was back there and wouldn t check again in a few minutes. My husband was back in his room, for another hour and a half and the receptionist never checked to see if my son was allowed in the room and never even touched base with me to let me know if he was or wasn t allowed. My husband in his room, overheard a few doctors saying mean things and complaining about a child crying in the room next to him. Do not go here if you want to be treated like a priority and with respect. Horribly ran establishment.
