The service at Eastside ENT Specialists was satisfactory. The staff was polite and the doctor was knowledgeable. However, I felt that there was room for improvement in terms of the overall experience. While it was an okay visit, I've had better experiences at other clinics. I would recommend Eastside ENT for their expertise, but don't expect anything exceptional.
