I have been going to this yoga studio for a few months now and it has been an amazing experience. The instructors are skilled and create a positive and inclusive environment. The studio itself is well-maintained and has a calming ambiance. I appreciate that the classes are challenging yet accessible to all levels. I have seen significant improvements in my physical strength and flexibility since starting at this studio. Highly recommend!
