CUSTOMER's review: I recently purchased balloons from a popular online balloon store and was highly disappointed. The balloons were deflated upon arrival and the customer service was unresponsive. However, I came across Twist And Shout Balloons and decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did! The balloons were of great quality and delivery was prompt. Highly recommended!
