Stitches INC is an average company. Their website, stitchesonline.com, is easy to navigate and has a decent selection of products. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. Overall, I would rate my experience with Stitches INC as average.
