I have been a loyal customer of Keen & Pocock for several years now and I must say, their service has always been average. The quality of their products is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement. I appreciate their prompt delivery and friendly staff, but I wish they would invest more in customer satisfaction. Overall, an average experience.
