I had a mixed experience with NTT Data Shinetsu. Some aspects of their service were great, while others were not up to par. The customer service was excellent. The representatives were friendly and knowledgeable, and they resolved my issues quickly. However, I found some of their products to be average at best. Overall, I would rate NTT Data Shinetsu as an average company.
