Sankey Real Estate provided a phenomenal experience both selling our home and simultaneously purchasing a new one. All of this was accomplished within a forty day timeframe.

The owner Derek was extremely responsive to our communications and knowledgable of all aspects of the real estate transaction process. He was easy to speak with and prompt in securing and forwarding documents to where they needed to be (usually within 24 hrs). I would (and have) recommended him to customers looking to purchase any type of residential real estate. Both as a buyer and seller agent, I would contract with Sankey Real Estate again without hesitation.
