I had the opportunity to work with Digital Imaging Systems, LLC recently, and I must say that my experience was less than satisfactory. The product I received had some flaws, and it took longer than expected to resolve the issue. The customer support team was helpful, but the overall experience was disappointing. I hope they can improve their quality control processes in the future.
