Awesome staff. Scott was especially proactive, friendly, and helpful with all of my questions. He answered most of them before I had a chance to ask - it s rare when someone with so much experience comes across as non-judgemental to complete beginners. Thanks!

Adding to this.. after my race, I came into the store to return my wetsuit and Scott congratulated me on my race! He had looked up results, remembered my name, and mentioned it when I came in! Amazing customer service - please give him a raise!!
