I recently availed the services of this event planning company for a corporate team-building puzzle event. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. The event itself was decently organized, with engaging puzzles and challenges. The staff were friendly and professional, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our team. However, I felt that the overall execution could have been better. Some of the puzzles lacked creativity, and the event felt a bit rushed at times. Additionally, the venue was not adequately equipped for our group size, causing some logistical issues. While the event was average and met our basic needs, I was expecting a bit more in terms of innovation and attention to detail. Overall, Puzzle Events provided an acceptable experience, but there is room for improvement.
