Changed webhosts after resource issues at previous. Josh contacted me about an hour after lodging the order. The contact was well after 5pm and continued to communicate into the evening voluntarily.

I expected the order to be looked at next day. Josh and colleagues had a host setup the same evening ready to go. Just looking at cPanel the speed difference was noticeable.

I took advantage of the free migration included with hosting, a hosting plan which is just month to month. This service was booked in for the following evening - voluntarily booked for out of hours by Micron21.

Now I had some suspicions on what this might include, single domain, GB limit, DB limit, CMS limit, excludes email - but there we no limitations, no up sell and no fee. Completely free.

What's more all contact with Josh with fast, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I had so little input or tasks related to the migration, completely flawless.

The migration was done fast, correctly and of the previous host in it's entirety. It's the calibre of support and service I expect when I decide to make contact for support.

Josh's interactions on the previous host demonstrated it's problems. Even Josh's comments on this were tactful and with poise.

Once the migration was complete I run a couple of tests, could not fault it. Performance was night and day. Primary site page load times changed from ~50s to ~2s; no alterations made to content.

The whole experience to date has been perfect. Could not recommend more.
