I would rate Homewave av as average. The overall service was satisfactory, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The technician that came to install our home sound system was knowledgeable and polite. However, there was a delay in the delivery of the equipment, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the user interface of the system could be more user-friendly. Overall, it was an alright experience.
