Went for a service appointment and never received ...

Went for a service appointment and never received appropriate customer service. Waited in line for 30 minutes and was never help. No one said maam have you been helped, nothing and I m patient. People came after me while I was waiting in line and they helped 3 people before me and I had an appointment. After I was finally seen, I asked if I could change my address they said when I came back, and to tell the lady who was going to charge me. After that I asked her if I could change my address she said Antonio needed to do that and I asked where I can find Antonio and she said down there so I went where she told me and turns out Antonio had left at 4:30. Horrible customer service. Switching Toyota stores.
