Be very weary of using Reed for an image you bring into the shop; I want to be clear this review is not for images they print. I had a really expensive picture framed by them and it is delaminating around the edges, they basically just told me sorry, we didn t print it, so we don t guarantee it. When the image is FujiFlex Crystal Archive HD paper I am not sure why it matters where it was printed, and when they originally looked at the image they had no problem whatsoever taking my money for the frame job. I get the hunch they can cover their mistakes when they print the image by just redoing it, not so easy when you bring the picture in. For a professional frame shop it was shocking how dismissive they were towards their screw up. I have an extensive high-end art collection and have been around this industry for nearly 15 years, I have never come across anything like this. I don t mind when people make mistakes but to be so completely dismissive and unwilling to do anything to make the situation right is flat out shocking. You have been warned.
