Since becoming a customer of this company, I have had mixed experiences. At times, their service has been superb, and I have been thoroughly satisfied. However, there have been occasions when their service fell short of my expectations. The staff was polite and professional, but the problem-solving process took longer than necessary. Overall, I would rate them as good but not outstanding.
