The service here is 5 star. Greeted with a smile when I pull into the lot. Escorted to the service desk. Escorted to the loaner car people. Out the door. Every time I have used the service department, it has been that fast and easy.
I've had a lot of cars and always had them serviced at the dealership where I bought them. I always had complaints about the service before coming here. This is my first Audi. None of the other service centers gave me this kind of service. There is nothing to improve on, just continue what you're doing.
