Update: Today I had an appointment with the service department to get the front plate mount installed. To my surprise they managed to disappoint and waste my time yet again. Apparently they were missing a part to get the mount installed. This is unbelievable. Twice now that they wasted my time by having me come in only to leave without any work done on the car.

Audi of San Diego called me to tell me to make an appointment with their service department only to waste my afternoon because nothing was done to my car. The planned service which is to install the front plate mounts since my car lacked, did not happen because the part could not be found. They called me telling me that the part is ready and I need to make an appointment to have it installed. We waited for almost two hours only for the service personnel to tell me that they couldn't find the part that they said over the phone was ready for me. The sales person that I worked with was a little helpful in comparison to the service folks.
