Overall its OK. But if you compare with such stores around the world a lot needs to be improved. Poor customer service and almost zero customer assistance.
There is room for improvement and include more products and services in the store. However, for Lahore it's not a bad place to get your groceries and daily use stuff.
Products in store are of good quality.
