One of the service staff station near the carpark exit to garden wing on 09/11/2020 12pm was very rude and inattentive. My family with 3 kids, were figuring out the direction to main lobby for check in. Asked the lady for directions, but she rudely answered while continue to scroll on her phone. This was a bad start to our staycation!
