I had a below-average experience with Torang shimi. The product I purchased arrived damaged and it took a lot of effort to get a replacement. The customer support was not very responsive and it took them a while to address my issue. The overall quality of the product was also not up to the mark. I expected better considering the price I paid. I would not recommend Torang shimi based on my experience.
