I've been working at Ferguson Distribution Ctr for over five years now and I have to say that it's been a mixed experience. There are definitely some great aspects to the company, such as the benefits and work-life balance. However, there are also some areas that could use improvement, such as the communication between teams and the amount of red tape. Overall, it's a decent place to work but there is room for growth.
