I had a mixed experience with Malmberg Charles. While some aspects of their service were satisfactory, others left much to be desired. Their products are of good quality and reliable, but their customer service could definitely use improvement. I encountered difficulties in getting my queries answered promptly. There is room for improvement in their overall customer experience.
