This place doesn't care about what you have going ...

This place doesn't care about what you have going on in your life. I lost my home and fell behind on 1 payment I explained what was going on and they didn't offer any help just kept on asking when I would have the money to pay. Not only that I recommend anyone look into their contract with these people as I feel they are over charging on interest. They also charge you a $5 fee to take payments and the only way to avoid this fee is to pay in person so if you live in Florida or any other state other than Michigan have fun. Overall this company sucks they're very unprofessional and would not recommend them to anyone.
