I had a mixed experience with A TINY WOOD VILLAGE. While their products are of good quality, I found their customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. However, the products that I purchased were exactly as described and of high quality. Overall, I would rate them as average.
