Being a tenant at Thomas Jefferson Houses has been a positive experience. The efforts put into maintaining the premises and ensuring a safe living environment are commendable. The Tenant Association actively engages with the community and organizes events that encourage interaction among tenants. However, there is still room for improvement in terms of communication and addressing certain issues. Nonetheless, I am overall satisfied with my experience here.
