The experience of purchasing a mobile phone from Ganesh mobiles was average. The staff was helpful but the overall service could have been better. The phone I bought had some issues and I had to visit the service center multiple times to get it resolved. Although they eventually fixed the issue, it was a hassle that could have been avoided.
