As a CUSTOMER, I had a mixed experience with Yaxché dev. Overall, their service was average. The website was easy to navigate, but the response time for my inquiries could have been better. I appreciate their professionalism, but I expected a greater level of customer support. The team was polite and helpful, but there were instances where my concerns were not fully addressed. I hope they can improve on their communication skills in the future.
