I am a long-time customer of Img Solutions, INC and I must say their services are average. They provide decent solutions for my business needs, but nothing exceptional. The customer support is good and they always respond to my queries in a timely manner. However, I feel that they can improve in terms of innovation and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies. In summary, they are a reliable company but there is room for improvement.
