I recently took a class at Iyengar yoga and it was absolutely amazing. The instructors were knowledgeable and passionate about yoga, which made the experience even better. The studio was clean and peaceful, creating a calming environment. I felt challenged and centered throughout the class. I highly recommend Iyengar yoga to anyone looking for an excellent yoga practice.
