I have been a customer of Epicenter INC for several years now and I must say that their service is average at best. While they do provide the basic features and functionalities, there are often technical glitches and slow response times. The customer support is also not very helpful, as they take a long time to respond and their solutions are not always effective. Overall, I would rate Epicenter INC as average.
