For the amount of people that just "walk-in" without an appointment, they really do a very good job handling the extra traffic. If you're going in without an appointment, the best thing to do is plan on getting there 60-90 minutes before they open. This will give you your best shot at getting a KTN before they start handling scheduled appointments.
