I had an average experience with Bosch / Siemens Durban. The website leechem.co.za was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed. However, the customer service was not great. The staff were not very helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting me. Overall, I would say my experience with Bosch / Siemens Durban was average.
