I recently started training at this self-defense center and I'm really impressed with the quality of instruction. The instructors are skilled and patient, and they create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. The classes are challenging but enjoyable, and I always leave feeling like I've learned something new. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in learning self-defense.
