Would give zero stars if I could. Internet speeds are not even a quarter of what you are charged for and crashes daily. We pre-paid for higher speeds for several months and after that, was told it would go back down to the original speed that the landlord pays for. They continued to charge us the upgraded price and when I called, the lady was rude and made us pay for their mistake. Absolutely unprofessional and a rip-off
