Excellent service - provided by highly capable personnel. While other banks and mortage service providers were holding us back on paper work for almost 2-3 weeks even before giving a good-faith-quote, Ron acted promptly on our Mortgage and we were able to obtain a closure on everything within a he helped arrange for an appraiser and other legal stuff. We didnt have to do any leg work - as everything was taken care of. have been through this process 3 times (twice with other lenders) -and Southerland mortgage is just the Best.
