I recently visited a local physiotherapy clinic and received treatment for my injury. The staff there were professional and attentive. They provided me with the necessary guidance and exercises to aid in my recovery process. However, I feel that the overall service could be improved in terms of friendliness and the atmosphere of the clinic. It lacked a personal touch that I was expecting.
