I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Ibaraki Barber Life Hygiene Association and was blown away by their level of service. The staff were friendly, professional, and provided an exceptional experience. The haircut I received was amazing and exceeded my expectations. The salon itself has a great ambiance and is always clean. I can't wait to go back!
