I had an average experience with Idea International Development. Their website was decently designed and had a good user interface. The products they offer are of acceptable quality. However, the customer service could have been better. The response time was a bit slow, and the staff didn't seem very knowledgeable. Overall, it was an average experience, but I expected more.
